We are constantly reminded of the importance of children having a healthy and balanced diet to support their growth and development - but it's not always easy. For some parents and carers mealtimes can be stressful occasions when their child refuses to eat the food they are presented with, and it's not just at home.
In this session we consider the same challenges faced by early years educators who are tasked with providing nutritious meals for so called 'fussy eaters' throughout the day.
