To find out more join us on this interactive Virtual Classroom where we will:

  • Discuss inspirational leadership of your early years team
  • Consider the difference between managers and leaders, taking a closer look at the characteristics of an effective leader
  • Discuss and consider the leadership and management requirements within the Education Inspection Framework (EIF) and how you can lead and inspire an outstanding early years workforce.
Suitable for managers, senior educators and home-based educators (childminders) who have assistants.

This Virtual Classroom runs over one 3-hour session with a 30-minute comfort break.
